In the year 1994 the Chairman of H. K. Pant Corporate Advisory Services Shri K.H. Pant started this business as an agent of Life Insurance Co Ltd, and General Insurance.

There after went on to sell the RBI bonds, NSC, Post Scheme and Old Mutual Fund House Unit Trust of India. This for financial planning.

In the year 1999, Mr Pant set up an office in GIDC Vapi and made his son Hemant K Pant CEO of H. K. Pant Corporate Advisory Services. Hemant is a practising as a tax consultant and since then we are in the field of tax planning.

In the year Oct 2004 we started or may say indentified new era of stock broking as only a few brokers were there in Vapi. At that time setting up an infrastructure for broking was a very tedious job. By bringing Karvy Stock Broking Ltd, Vapi saw a revolution in the field of stock broking.

H. K. Pant Corporate Advisory Services thus became the sub brokers / remiser of biggest broking house of India, setting precedence to many more broking house, who on seeing our success, flocked en-mass to Vapi on seeing our success.

Now we have our own terminal of BSE, NSE AND COMMODITY at daman.

In April 2009 we incorporated and converted all this business in one roof and made the name to H. K. Pant Corporate Advisory Services. Our registered office is at 132/B Wing, Raghuvir Complex, Char Rasta, Gidc Vapi - 396 195, Dist Valsad, State : Gujarat.
